Fully End-capped, Reversed phase Packing Material with a Base Material of Highly Purified Silica Gel.

Mightysil GP-series columns are manufactured using highly purified silica gel as a base material and are end capped using a new, chemically modified technique developed by Kanto Chemical Co., Inc. This advanced technology leads the active sites on the silica inactivated. Mightysil GP is a versatile, highly reliable HPLC column designed for use with a variety of samples having a wide pH range from acidic to basic.

Use Up to 100% Water-based Eluents

Mightysil RP-18 GP Aqua demonstrates an increased durability and excellent reproducibility over conventional ODS columns when using up to 100% water-based solutions as eluents. This superior property was made possible by reducing the hydrophobic nature of the ODS ligands. Now Kanto gives you the ability to separate all substances, even if they are hydrophilic or hydrophobic, through the use of Mightysil columns.

Aminopropyl bonded phase

Mightysil NH2 is monomeric phase packing material which aminopropyl group is bonded on high pure silica gel.
NH2 column is used for normal phase, weak anion-exchanger and specific separation in reversed phase, especially useful for separations of carbohydrates and sugars.
Mightysil NH2 is applicable to various separations without worries about peculiar interaction to metal impurities in silica base material, due to high pure silica gel as base material.

Mightysil Si60 is normal phase packed column a high purity silica gel(99.99%).Metal impurities in the silica matrix are so small that there is no nonspecific interaction between sorbent and analytes.
