ILAC/APLAC Mutual Recognition Arrangement
 
Kanto Chemical is assessed and accredited as "JCSS Accredited Calibration Laboratory" for Concentration in conformity with the requirements of the Measurement Law, relevant regulations and ISO/IEC 17025, and provides standard solutions (pH standard solutions and Nonmetal ion standard solutions) which are assured the traceability to National Primary Standards or Reference Materials.

Japan Calibration Service System (JCSS) consists of the National standards provision system and the Calibration laboratory accreditation system under Japanese Measurement Law, and International Accreditation Japan (IAJapan) , NITE, plays as the accreditation body of JCSS and accredits Calibration Laboratories.

IAJapan is a signatory to MRA of Asia Pacific Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (APLAC) Internal Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) .

Under MRA, each MRA signatory recognizes the equivalence of accreditations performed by the its overseas counterparts, and promotes the equivalence of such accreditations within its own economy.

IAJapan accredits Kanto Chemical as Accredited Calibration Laboratories with compatibility for International MRA; therefore Kanto Chemical's certificates/reports with accreditation symbols of JCSS are acceptable in the world.
